- The company acts as a facilitator for travel services such as accommodation, transport, and activities.
- The company is not liable for changes caused by weather conditions, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
- The company reserves the right to modify itineraries if required for safety or operational reasons.
3. Traveler Responsibilities
- Travelers must carry valid identification documents and comply with local laws during the trip.
- Any damage to property or misconduct during the trip will be the responsibility of the traveler.
- Certain trips may require participants to meet physical, mental, or health requirements. Travelers should consult the company before booking.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- No-show or early departure
- Denial of boarding or entry due to visa, documentation, or personal issues
- Failure to meet health, fitness, or participation requirements
- Cancellation due to personal reasons beyond the stated policy timeline
- Force majeure events where suppliers do not provide refunds
Standard Cancellation Schedule
- More than 30 days before departure: Up to 90% refund (after service and processing fees)
- 30 days before departure: Up to 75% refund
- 15–20 days before departure: Up to 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
Certain services such as flights, special permits, luxury accommodations, wellness retreats, adventure activities, or third-party bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable as per supplier policies.
